Vendle Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

Vendle is a trust-minimized shopping companion operated by Limitless Being LLC. The platform aggregates product listings, prices, and shipping information from merchants and marketplace partners so shoppers can quickly compare final costs without toggling between multiple storefronts.

The Service is delivered through this web app and any affiliated browser tools or alerts that Limitless Being LLC may provide. We do not own, fulfill, or ship products ourselves.

2. Acceptance & Your Use

By accessing Vendle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service for illicit or unauthorized purposes, including scraping or reverse-engineering underlying data feeds.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

3. Accounts & Security

Certain features require an account. When you register, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, even if another person gains access without permission, and for promptly notifying hello@limitlessbeing.xyz if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. User Data & Content

The product search queries, saved filters, wishlists, or notes you store in Vendle are your content. You retain ownership, and by using the Service you grant Limitless Being LLC a limited license to host, display, and analyze that information solely to deliver the Service.

You agree not to upload or transmit content that infringes other parties' rights or violates applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Merchants & Listings

Vendle surfaces offers from third-party merchants and relies on their pricing, availability, and shipping data. Limitless Being LLC does not control or endorse those merchants, and you recognize that merchants may change pricing or cancel orders independently of Vendle.

Any purchase you make is strictly between you and the selling merchant. We are not liable for merchant actions, delivery, or product warranties.

6. Payments & Refunds

Vendle may offer premium features or alerts on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance, non-refundable, and subject to the terms you agreed to when subscribing. Contact hello@limitlessbeing.xyz if you encounter billing discrepancies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vendle brand, user interface, code, and all associated assets are owned by Limitless Being LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any portion of the Service without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LIMITLESS BEING LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF MERCHANT DATA, AND WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INTERRUPTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS BEING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VENDLE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limitless Being LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes should be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice for significant revisions.
